Parth is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of chartered accountants of India and Master of commerce form the Gujarat University. He is a Certified Information system Auditor form the Institute of Chartered accountants of India.

Parth is having a vast experience in the field of Risk based internal audit and have served a client of various industries like, Construction, Information Technology, Manufacturing, Academic Institution Etc. He has performed the assignments of Preparation and testing of Internal financial control (IFC) and preparation of Standard operating procedure (SOPs) of limited companies in the Manufacturing, Construction and BOT Sector.

Parth is also working in the field of Project Finance, Funding to Startups, Funding to MSMEs and Various Subsidy schemes available for the business.

He has a vision to develop the work across the geographical boundaries hence he is pursuing Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) course for developing the presence of Company outside Indian boundaries.

Nishant, Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company is young and dynamic professional working with a mission of providing industry best services to the clients filled with ambition, passion and enthusiasm.

Nishant is an Architect from the Sardar Patel University and is also the founder of N Architects an architect firm specialising in architectural, interior and landscape designing.

The success mantra which Nishant follows is United we stand, divided we fall. Nishant has the vision to create a multi-disciplinary organisation providing a Complete Business Solution.

Nishant is also driven by the fact that Technology is the new oil of the era. Accordingly, the Company will strive to provide the business solutions using technology and digital platforms to cater the multi fold requirements of the clients.
